Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase from Bavane Jewellers.

Introduction

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between Bavane Jewellers and all users accessing our website. By engaging with our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated herein. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access our services.

Eligibility

Persons who have attained the age of majority and are competent to enter into legally binding contracts are eligible to use this website. We reserve the right to deny access to any user found to be violating these conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.

1. Ornaments are delicate, and Bavane Jewellers shall not be responsible for any damage after they are sold.
2. Ornaments will not be purchased without an authentic/original receipt.
3. For exchange/purchase of old/used ornament, labour charges, cost of mine, pearls, colour stone, appropriate loss of weight, percentage of solder and equivalent value of tax for purchase applicable at that time will be deducted.
4. There will be a difference between the sale and purchase rate of Gold/Silver.
5. At the time of purchase/exchange, the prevalent policies and rates will be applicable.
6. For exchange/purchase of jewellery sold by us, the original bill must be brought along.
7. We do not guarantee any kind of plating done on ornaments/articles.
8. Studded/Gold/Silver plated articles will not be exchanged/bought back.
9. In case of all Cheque/Online/RTGS payments, delivery of goods will be given only after the realisation of the Cheque/Online/RTGS as and when confirmed by our bank.
10. An order form is necessary for jewellery/articles delivery. Jewellery/articles will not be delivered without receipt.
11. An order once placed cannot be cancelled. In terms of cancellation, labour charges, GST and rate difference will be paid by the customer.
12. 100% advance will be taken to fix Gold/Silver — Bullion/Coins/Vale rates.
13. 80% advance will be taken to fix Gold/Silver jewellery/articles rates.
14. Order form valid within 30 days.
15. If booking/order delivery is not taken within 30 days, then booking/order/delivery rate will be considered whichever is higher.
16. Payments will be made strictly by Account Payee Cheque or RTGS/NEFT/Online for any jewellery sold to us having a value over ₹10,000/-.
17. PAN Card mandatory for purchases/sale exceeding ₹2,00,000/-.
18. Bavane Jewellers reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit sales to anyone as it may deem fit.
19. Subject to change without notice.

Rights and Restrictions

Bavane Jewellers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We may suspend or cancel services if technical issues, viruses, or security concerns compromise the website's integrity.

This website is designed, updated, and maintained by Bavane Jewellers. All content is owned by the company. Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Panhala, District Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
